By prior arrangement the owners will be happy to share their experience and ideas with those coming to stay at the House of Two, they are comfortable sharing ideas with experienced players as well as helping those taking the first steps in this exciting journey. Wanting to step into another world, let yourself go, House of Two offers you the establishment you take the challenge.
House of Two is located on a secluded beautiful hideaway location in New Zealand, Bay of Plenty, Tauranga.
The House of Two play space consists of a converted American style barn. Up stairs in the barn is a simple tastefully decorated loft, complete with a comfortable queen sized bed where you can get away from the play space if you want some time to rest or chill out. This can also be used as a second bedroom having the downstairs area as the main bedroom with added flair.
Downstairs in the main barn is a partially sectioned 72 square metre ( 800 square foot) area. As a Bed and Breakfast facility we have a small Kitchenette with Fridge, Microwave, Electric frypan, Toaster and Jug. All utensils are provided. Please note there is not a stove/oven facility. If a main meal is required we can arrange this with prior notice. Better still we could arrange a D/s (Dom/sub) dinner. With a short stroll to a Dairy-Convenience store, Liquor outlet, Hairdresser, Chinese/European Takeaway and a Bar, if required you can buy in. For your entertainment we have DVD, Video, Television, All round sound system....so bring your favourite CD's. The Television is for viewing DVD and Video’s only no channels can be viewed.

The main play space has been carefully, decorated and furnished to create a functional yet appealing atmosphere for those using the space. Items we have are in order of the pictures below - NOTE: none of these pictures have links: we have a Sling, Love Sling on Suspension, Various suspension apparatus's, Combined Chaircross, Horizontal Cage, Vertical Cage, Dungeon Bed, Dentist Chair, Stiletto Shoe Couch a must for that perfect picture, Two sided Post Cross, Claw Bath -situated in the play area, School Table and Chair, Sentinel Post, Spanking Box, Typist Chair-Throne - only for Mistress's and Master's. A cabinet with a selection of books for when you need "time out" A Lounge area, Kitchenette, Bathroom-Shower which is a total wet area, most suitable for watersports. Finally the Mobile Rack with assorted toys to play with enhance your night with, Table with Wax sheet and Mounted Rack with further assorted toys for your use. For your convenience we have enclosed a picture of the Separate Loft Bedroom, Grounds, A Sunset at Tauranga Bay of Plenty New Zealand. As all the apparatus's cannot fit in the play space-please request the items you prefer. Note Suspension apparatus's will not be available for beginners use. Outside Stocks and available upon request.

The House of Two is able to cater for a wide variety of interests, and has been built with this in mind, from newbie's to experienced players, couples, and intimate groups, fetish dressing, cages, medical, impact and role play, water sports, and suspension are just a few of the options available. There are only a few rules we have which are, play must be
SAFE, SANE, and CONSENSUAL.
Be familiar with BDSM etiquette.
Candle play - use the drop sheet provided and all candle wax be picked up and cleared.
For hygiene purposes equipment must be wiped with the disinfectant wipes supplied.
Scat play is prohibited.
Music to be at a reasonable level after 11.00p.m.
Spa not to be used after 11.00p.m. Plastic Glasses have been provided please use.

SPECIAL NOTE: There is NO SMOKING inside the Loft or Barn. However, there is a covered back porch where guests may smoke.
Each guest must be able to provide a photo ID (driver's license, passport) upon request and sign a disclaimer that states the following:
Guests understand the purpose and nature of the house of two. That they release house of two, its owners and any employee's from any liability incurred in the play area. Finally, we do not sell alcohol and you are held personally liable for any misuse on the premises. A copy of this disclaimer can be sent to you with a copy of our brochure on request.
Not all equipment owned by the House of Two is able to be put out at any one time, so before you visit the House of Two we like to get to know you a little to ensure we are providing you with the best that the House of Two has to offer in terms of our lifestyle. By emailing us a brief explanation , so we are able to ensure that from the time you arrive, the most suitable equipment and services are available to suit your needs.

"Cross-dressers" - House of Two's seclusion means that you are able to enjoy your fantasy with no concern of unwanted interruptions. MyLady may assist if available and convenient. Photo sessions available.
"Mistress Training" Should you be a new comer to the scene and require guidance with How to be a Mistress.

"Group Rates" (only if space available and with no more than 6 - 7 couples) special conditions apply.
Your reservation will only be confirmed with a 50% deposit at time of confirmed bookings. The address of the House of Two will only be given upon receipt of the 50% deposit no exception and Non refundable. Refer Email Contact below. The House of Two reserves the right to price change without prior notification. Once your booking is confirmed and deposit paid this will secure the agreed rate and details of the location will be given.
